Oscar Arnold Memorial Scholarship

The Oscar Arnold Memorial Scholarship was established in 1963 by the late CMC Trustee Ralph V. Arnold and his wife, Helen, in memory of his father, Oscar Arnold. Ralph Arnold was President of the First National Bank of Ontario, California (now First Trust Bank).
