Joanne W. Turner

Joanne W. Turner is the daughter of H. Kenneth and Joan Ward. “Ken” was a CMC alumnus from the class of 1952 who studied accounting. He was president of the CMC Alumni Association in 1961-62, received the Association’s Jack L. Stark ’57 Distinguished Service Award in 1987, and served continuously as a member of the CMC Board of Trustees from 1967 until his death in 2011. Joanne is an alumna of Scripps College from the class of 1976 and her mother, Joan, was an alumna of Scripps, as well. Joan passed away in 2018.
