Through the generosity of donors, Claremont McKenna College financial aid packages often include a donor-supported scholarship that underwrites a portion of a student’s college grant—there is not an application process for donor-funded CMC scholarship opportunities through which students can increase their already-calculated financial aid amount. Donor-supported scholarships are funded through the generosity of alumni, parents, corporations, foundations, and friends of the College, many of whom have been past recipients of such support.
