Michael C. Haas '79

Michael C. Haas is a CMC alumnus from the class of 1979 who majored in mathematics. He earned an MA degree in mathematics from Claremont Graduate University in 1982 and an MS degree in taxation from Golden Gate University in 2000. Michael is the son of Morton Alan Haas and Lucille Haas. Michael established the Morton Alan Haas Memorial Scholarship in memory of his father and the Susan Lynne Haas Memorial Scholarship in memory of his sister. Other funds he helped support are the Harold Berlinger Memorial Scholarship in memory of his uncle, the Grayle Howlett Memorial Scholarship Fund in memory of Grayle Howlett, a golf coach at CMC and the Christopher R. Kampe Memorial Scholarship Fund in memory of Chris Kampe ’85.
