Robert W. Lawson

Robert W. Lawson is the successor trustee for the trust of Dr. William Price, who was a long-time friend of the College. An engineer, Dr. Price consulted with Eastman Kodak, the Atomic Energy Commission, and the Army Air Corps. He also founded Rona Industries and Price Engineering, served as president of Navion Aircraft Company, and helped found Continental Bank of Arizona. He and his late wife, Sydelle, established the Sydelle and William Price Scholarship. President Pamela Gann and the Board of Trustees recognized his service by awarding him an Honorary Degree of Doctor of Laws in October 2003. Dr. Price passed away in 2008.
