Ensign Lee Penn Blind Memorial Scholarship

The Ensign Lee Penn Blind Memorial Scholarship was established in 1953 by the Blind family, this scholarship honored the memory of Lee Penn Blind, a graduate of the class of 1951. A bright and personable man, Blind joined the Navy immediately after graduation. In 1953, he died in the line of duty while serving the United States in the Korean War. Throughout his life, Blind developed a keen interest in international good will.
