Mr. and Mrs. Hal W. Brown Scholarship

The Mr. and Mrs. Hal W. Brown Scholarship was established by late Trustee Hal W. Brown in 1967. Originally called the Pacific Outdoor Advertising Scholarship (after Mr. Brown’s business), the name was changed after the passing of Mr. Brown and his wife. Hal W. Brown Jr., their son, has continued to support the scholarship.
